Bedroom 2 includes king size bed, 65" smart tv, high speed internet/WiFi, small fridge/freezer and microwave, Keurig coffee maker, sofa chair, ensuite bathroom, walk in closet, and outside patio. Parking in front of home. Moderate kitchen use and laundry available on-site.
We also have our smaller furnished Bedroom 3 (180 sf), with private entrance available. It includes a queen size bed, 30" smart TV, high speed internet/WiFi, small fridge/freezer and microwave, Keurig coffee maker, soft chair w/ side-table, ensuite bathroom, closet, and outside patio. Moderate kitchen use and laundry available on-site.
My wife and I, recently retired, occupy the master suite and rent out our spare bedrooms to individuals looking for a safe, quiet, and professional atmosphere. Our home is shared by one very friendly and well behaved pup and the property is patrolled by two very inquisitive alpacas.
