After one step inside you’ll feel right at home with beams of natural light illuminating the main living area. The main living space features an open-concept design but has been decorated thoughtfully to ensure there’s designated space for living, dining, and cooking.
The main living area highlights a peaked wood-panel ceiling, gas fireplace, comfortable seating, and access to the outside balcony. The balcony offers patio furniture and sports a million-dollar view of the west coast. We can guarantee your days will start and end right here.
A separate living area has a TV where fellow guests can lounge and tune in to their favorite shows in peace.
The spacious kitchen is a chef's dream with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and everything you may need to whip up delicious meals from home. Additional small appliances like a Nespresso Machine and toaster are also available for your convenience. The massive kitchen island is ideal for extra prep space or an area to gather with barstool-style seating. Steps away, enjoy more formal dining at the table for 6. The breakfast area offers an additional table and seating for 4 - doubling as a great space for game night!
The home sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably between 4 private bedrooms. Each bedroom is fully furnished with complimenting decor and luxe linens to ensure everyone has a restful stay.
Bedroom #1 (The Primary Suite) is equipped with a King bed, smart TV, fireplace, balcony with patio heater, and en-suite. The en-suite is outfitted with dual vanities, a glass walk-in shower, and a large soaking tub.
Bedroom #2 offers a Full bed.
Bedroom #3 sports a King bed (2 twins pushed together)
Bedroom #2 and #3 share a Jack and Jill Style bathroom that is configured with dual vanities and a shower/tub combo with a glass door.
Bedroom #4 has a Futon, and a desk if you want to utilize this as an office

A bike ride or quick drive will also give you access to the Santa Barbara Maritime Museum (1.1 miles), Santa Barbara Zoo (3.2 miles), and Stearns Wharf (1.9 miles). There’s a little something for everyone with multiple parks, golf courses, and other activities nearby.
