As a note, this property is a fit for extended vacations or those who may want a temporary change in scenery as they work from home. The property is not intended to be listed as a primary residence. Our rates reflect monthly prices OR call us for pricing options!

Enjoy a vacation in South Lake Tahoe by staying at Paloma Place. This spacious vacation home features a prime location, a game room, and a private hot tub. You'll be less than a mile away from the sandy shores of Lake Tahoe and less than 10-minutes away from Heavenly Mountain Resort. Both downtown with shopping and dining is conveniently only a short drive away. This home is perfect for those looking for a ski lease or to getaway and work from home!

Enter inside a cozy living room with comfortable seating gathered around a fireplace and SmartTV (Amazon FireStick, Roku, Apple, Netflix, etc.). After a day on the mountain or on the lake, this room is perfect for unwinding with friends and family. Wifi is also provided for your stay.

Adjacent to the living room is a well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen is prepared with plenty of counter space and all appliances needed to whip up your favorite dish. A gas BBQ is also available outside on the deck perfect for grilling up a juicy burger or steak. Call your guests to the dining table with seating for 6 to eat a home-cooked meal together.

For further entertainment, head upstairs to the lofted game room. Upstairs in the loft is a ping pong table, a pool/billiards table, and an additional smartTV. If any of your guests appear to have gone missing, they are likely outside taking a dip in the private hot tub. The hot tub is located on a covered deck, making it a great spot to relax year round. A washer and dryer are also available, great for your long stays.

Due to COVID, there are changes in ski resort availabilities. Please make sure to check the ski resorts’ policies on reservations and tickets if you plan on hitting the slopes. We cannot provide refunds based on reservation inabilities at the ski resorts.

You may incur an additional cost of $40 for excess trash.

This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
