If you are looking for an affordable stylish apartment close to Downtown Denver, Boston Commons is it! Boston Commons is close to downtown Denver, Denver Tech Center, Sky Ridge Medical Center, Porter Adventist, Children's Hospital (Highlands Ranch) and Swedish Medical Center. Our newly renovated, fully-furnished apartment units are roomy & stylish & all yours--- we don't offer shared spaces. All utilities are paid, except for TV and phone services but each unit does have a smart TV so you will be able to login to your streaming subscriptions.

This is one of 22 units in our building. The 1 bedroom units feature full kitchens that are fully stocked with everything you need to make yourself at home. The living room has a flat screen TV, a gas fireplace, WiFi, 140 channel cable, A/C and a stacked washer & dryer in the entry closet.

Boston Commons is located within minutes of the light rail to downtown. There are also lots of restaurants in the area and close to Park Meadows Mall. Boston Commons also has a beautiful pool that is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day weekends and a gym open year round; which is included in the rent price. Our building is located right next to the pool and gym! All unit doors open from the outside via covered breezeways. All floors require the use of stairs, even the first floor. Each unit has air conditioning, heating, and WiFi. We use keypad access for all buildings and for each renovated unit.
