Welcome to our lovingly restored, fully furnished 1948 bungalow, where the charm of a bygone era seamlessly blends with the comforts of a luxury home. Whether you're a professional seeking a serene workspace, or a family in need of comfortable, month-to-month accommodations while your home undergoes necessary repairs, our bungalow offers the ideal solution.
Our bungalow is nestled in a family-friendly neighborhood, offering easy access to essential services, schools, and medical facilities. We understand the importance of feeling safe and supported during challenging times.
Layout of the Home: The first floor contains the living room, dining area, kitchen, and laundry room. The kitchen is large and fully equipped with dinnerware, cookware, serveware, and bakeware. In addition, the first floor has the master bedroom (with king bed + TV ) and on-suite bathroom (stand up shower and separate tub) as well as a second bedroom (king bed + TV) with a second full bathroom (stand up shower). The upstairs has two more bedrooms (one queen bed and one twin bed) as well as a third full bathroom (bathtub/shower combo). There are also 2 workstations upstairs. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and sizable closets for storage.
The backyard is large but not fenced in though it is a safe neighborhood. The driveway can accommodate 3-4 cars and there is also ample free street parking. There is also a front porch with seating.
The house is equipped with a ring camera doorbell and ring floodlight cameras for safety (as well as carbon monoxide and smoke detectors, fire extinguishers and a first-aid kit)
