If you love a clean and well equipped home you'll love this property. Fully furnished with lots of natural light, this one level house is available now for short term or extended stay. Open modern floor plan with quartz countertops, tons of cabinets, new stainless appliances including gas range, microwave, dishwasher, frig. Luxury laminate flooring throughout. Nest thermostat and Nest Protect. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with double sinks, large walk in tiled shower and convenient washer/dryer. Front porch with couch and coffee table. Gas grill, initial propane tank included.
All utilities included (heat/air conditioning/water/sewer/internet access/electricity). Smart TVs are in the living room and BOTH bedrooms. Home is roughly 1300sf. No Smoking inside please. Fireplace is for visual appeal only. Not for use. Pets Considered! (We love pets!), however the yard is not fenced at this time. Included: Pet bowls, leash, bed (new), potty bags and treats, liter box.

The home is professionally cleaned/sanitized prior to move in. Linens are totally replaced (no reusing here!). Basic food items are provided: coffee, tea, canned goods, flour, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, etc. Toiletries, bath towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, etc. Internet.
